Ingredients: 1 kg Potatoes; 1/2 package Cream Cheese (about 4 oz/100 grams); 1/2 container Sour Cream (about 4 oz/100 ml); 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated); Heavy/whipping cream (As needed); 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsb ground pepper; 2 Tbs Chopped chives (optional)

1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
Heavy/whipping cream As needed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsb ground pepper
2 Tbs Chopped chives optional
