Mary is buried in a small family cemetery on farmland. There are only a few headstones, but about a dozen or so unmarked graves. The land was purchased by Mary's father John Ormsby. Others buried there in marked graves are Charles Ormsby, a civil war veteran, and Lillian Inez Ridlen, Mary's granddaughter by her daughter Minnie Ridlen. Inez died at age 4 and rests next to her grandmother.
